Electronic notarizations and Remote Online Notarizations (RON) are conducted using state-approved technology and in compliance with North Carolina statutes and Secretary of State rules.

Notarial fees are charged in accordance with North Carolina statutory fee limits. Applicable fees are disclosed prior to service. Travel or convenience fees, when applicable, are disclosed and agreed upon in advance.
Notary Services of NC reserves the right to refuse any notarization that does not meet legal requirements or raises concerns regarding identity, willingness, awareness, or compliance with North Carolina law.
Notary Services of NC shall not be liable for the content, accuracy, or legal sufficiency of documents presented for notarization. Responsibility for document content rests solely with the signer and/or document preparer.
